Agreement to Terms

By accessing habarieurope.com or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients and anyone who uses our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. Habari Europe reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Our Services

Habari Europe provides two core services:

• Business Setup Services — Guidance and support for establishing a business in the Netherlands, including KVK registration, tax setup, bank account assistance and ongoing business support
• Travel and Experience Services — Curated travel packages and personalised experiences across Europe including accommodation, flights, airport transfers and itinerary planning

All services are subject to availability. Habari Europe reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Business Setup — Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to our business setup and partnership services:

• The free initial consultation is non-binding and carries no obligation on either party
• All business setup engagements require a signed agreement before work begins
• Partnership arrangements require a separate legal partnership agreement outlining ownership percentage, roles, responsibilities and exit terms
• Habari Europe acts as a genuine business partner — any arrangement must reflect real involvement and contribution on both sides
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information throughout the registration process
• Habari Europe is not liable for delays caused by Dutch government authorities or third party institutions

Travel Services — Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to our travel and experience packages:

• All travel packages are personalised and subject to availability at the time of booking
• Prices shown on our website are starting prices and may vary based on travel dates, group size and specific requirements
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking — this will be communicated clearly before payment
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable third party costs
• Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are subject to partial or no refund depending on costs already incurred
• Habari Europe is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels or other third party providers
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, visas and insurance

Payments

All prices are quoted in Euros unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be clearly communicated before any service begins.

• Full payment or agreed deposit is required before services commence
• All payments are final unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Habari Europe does not store payment card information
• In the event of a dispute, clients should contact us at habari@habarieurope.com before initiating any chargeback

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information at all times
• Communicate openly and promptly to allow us to deliver our services effectively
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Respect the intellectual property of Habari Europe including our brand, content and materials
• Not attempt to resell or misrepresent our services without written permission

Limitation of Liability

Habari Europe provides services in good faith and with due care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Habari Europe shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services
• Delays or failures caused by third parties including government bodies, airlines or accommodation providers
• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
• Business outcomes following registration — we guide the process but cannot guarantee business success

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

Habari Europe treats all client information with the highest level of confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or business information to any third party without your consent, except where required by Dutch law.

Clients are also expected to keep any proprietary information or materials shared by Habari Europe confidential and not share them with third parties without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on habarieurope.com including text, images, logos and brand elements are the intellectual property of Habari Europe. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of our content without prior written permission.

The Habari Europe name, logo and brand are protected. Unauthorised use of our brand identity is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

Changes to These Terms

Habari Europe reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.

Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
